Conduct Policy? I'm sure there's something in here he could be guilty of, but I don't see it. Who knows.... http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=2798214
Guilty of getting head from a hoe in the bathroom? He wasnt convicted or charged with a thing, there is nothing they can do.
Blame...making it up. OK. I think you're missing my essential point. For everyone who cries wolf, it makes it infinitely harder for true victims. I get it. That being said, there's an underlying creepiness to your comments. Everything I learned, I learned from my father.
Of course that makes perfect sense. Like when Ray Lewis was convicted of murder ... err, wait a minute. I'm sick of racist comments like these. Shove the racism bullshit up your ass.
I have listened to a bunch of people that have said that Ben should be suspended. They have some merit. There seems to be a contingent of black players/coaches etc. that think there is a double standard. Well there is no doubt there is.......... Not the racist angle though. The franchise QB usually gets the benefit of the doubt, all things being equal. Jamarcus, Oaklands francise QB, would get off just as easy or attacking cheeseburgers as Ben would for attacking his women. Meanwhile the role players etc would get Goodell's size 12 up their ass. Such is life and it happens in pretty much all business's.
I'm sorry but in today's courts, the only color they see is Green. If you have a lot of it, it doesn't matter is your Black, White, Yellow, Orange or Purple; The odds are that your going to get away with whatever you do or at the very least, not be punished to the "Fullest extent of the law."
no i understand that there may be some type of creepiness to what i am saying. trust me i don't condone anything that happened that night on either person's account. a person like big ben is gonna get away with shit like that because he has money and rape cases are already difficult enough to prove most of the time. hopefully the next potential victim has enough sense to not take the bait like that girl did.
dont know if this has been mentioned already..but, "According to Harry Manion, these past 2 incidents are not the only times that Big Ben has been involved in situations like these. Roethlisberger has apparently been involved in another case almost identical to the Georgia case. Harry Manion, the official legal council of "The Dennis and Callahan" radio show, joined them to dive into these new found facts. Here's the link to the actual interview" http://audio.weei.com/m/30281933/harry-manion-partner-cooley-manion-jones.htm
Apparently this girl was too drunk to recall what actually happened. So we will probably never know the truth. Note to young ladies out there: Stop putting yourselves in situations that can really harm you. People like this piece of shit representing the good people of Pittsburgh will take advantage of your condition. Then its a "he said, she said" and if your behind is too inebriated to remember and he has back up, you're definitely screwed *pun intended* I hate Big Ben, no one was rooting for him to be a one hit wonder more than me.
Appearing on Mike and Mike in the Morning Tuesday, ESPN's Chris Mortensen predicted that Ben Roethlisberger will be suspended by the NFL despite avoiding charges that he sexually assaulted a girl in March. Mort made it clear that this isn't a report, but predicted that Big Ben will -- at the least -- be subject to regular drug testing after allegedly supplying the 20-year-old student with enough shots to get her "highly intoxicated" before taking her into a bathroom. If Roethlisberger is suspended, Mort predicted a similar situation to Brandon Marshall's last year, with the ban being reduced from two games to one after the player meets certain behavior standards. Roethlisberger is meeting with the commish on Tuesday. Apr. 13 - 9:17 am et
NFL.com's Jason LaCanfora expects Ben Roethlisberger to receive 1-2 game suspension after speaking to members of the Steelers organization. ESPN's Chris Mortensen predicts Roethlisberger will receive a league suspension, so there could be a race between commissioner Roger Goodell and Steelers president Art Rooney II. SI.com's Peter King "suspects" it will be the Steelers who ultimately suspend Big Ben for conduct detrimental to the organization. http://www.rotoworld.com/content/clubhouse_news.aspx?sport=NFL&majteam=PIT
good point on the bar, but why would he get charged with a crime for buying her drinks? is it his job to check her i.d. before he buys her a drink?
