First of all there was no tampering by Woody. Chances are he didn't want to sign Revis in 2014. He hates his agents. And still hasn't personally met with Revis even though he signed him. If Kraft doesn't like rats then don't act like one.
I think that personalities don't play such a big role in the decision to sign players, or let them go. It's a business decision. Coaches cut players they like all the time. As for Woody not meeting with Revis, I didn't know that. I'm not sure that it really means anything, though...

Not sure if they had telephone conversations but based on reports the Jets cap people were mostly involved. Although I'm sure the parameters were set by Mac and Woody.
