I would've assumed def during ... I've never lived in FL, but one would assume when you get arrested down there, you have a choice to submit a blood test. Not a good idea to deny taking one.

I know you were, but don't put the 2 in the same vicinity. Different scenarios completely.

EDIT - actually Cris Carter is a dumb example btw.

I respect your opinion is why I asked. I would cut him, after I find his replacement (Jarvis Landry) in free agency.

    Well..... this isn't good news.

I wouldn't cut him based on the speeding alone but I think with his previous.... difficulties, the mouth to the cop.... I think it puts release on the table to at least consider. I think if I were his boss he'd be needing to show some real genuine remorse and determination to make it right real fast.

Telling a cop (after you were caught going over 100mph and all that) that your looking for his wife to nut her in the face fails to meet the threshold of being considered professional in my opinion.

I firmly believe that baseball has no similarities with life. So the whole idea of three strikes and you're out, is crap.

IMO, TWO strikes and you're out. I understand young kids at times do stupid things. So I'm willing to let one fuck up go. If it happens once, shame on you. If it happens twice, shame on me! If I'm the coach, I will do everything to avoid being shamed.

This is Anderson's second fuck up and therefore I say he's got Richardson syndrome. GET RID OF HIS PATHETIC ASS!!

Besides, if he's going to be pulling this type of nonsense every off season, and even after Roger Goodell punishes his ass once, then he simply won't be available for the team to utilize regularly.

I don't think so. Let him play out his contract in 2018 then let him walk if he is not worth it. Surely don't give him a long term deal or big money ever. He can't be trusted. Don't assume he is your #1 or #2 WR either. Enunwa, Kearse, Stewart, Hansen and Peake are a decent group with or without Anderson. Maybe add a FA to the mix too. Anderson can still be used as a home run threat though whenever he isn't suspended.

I am of the belief, maybe it's my age, that the best indicator of future behavior is past behavior. To me, I would be prepared to release him if the legal issues play out negatively. Go into FA agency and the draft as if he's not part of the team going forward. Guys, this is not a 1st or 2nd/3rd round pick that would be given a longer leash given these actions. RA was an undrafted FA - BIG difference. The small sample size that we have on the guy is not good. I understand the argument that he didn't kill anybody (but easily could've with his extremely reckless behavior), but at a time when he should be on his best behavior, given his pending legal issues, his lack of self control has gotten him in even bigger trouble (potentially).

He's in the 'prove it' point of his career and this is how he acts? Just imagine what he's capable of if he gets a contract that takes care of him for life? Sorry, I move on and let him become somebody else's problem...

Oh I dunno, kearse and Anderson had roughly similar numbers, with Anderson edging him out, but I'd comfortably venture to say kearse drew more coverage.

Not to mention the date in which kearse joined the team. Anderson can ball, but it's not like he's good enough to not drop him for something like this.

Calling him the best we have is reaching, imo.

I believe so but That can get reduced down in court with a decent lawyer...... but I'll say if you're covered in shitty tats and have highlighted dreads your chances of that happening probably take a big hit

As I've stated before, cut his stupid ass. You ever hear this guy talk? I wouldn't trust him flipping my burgers, this guy will ruin everyone who gives him a chance. Trust him to be my #1 or #2 wideout? Trust him with guaranteed money? Get the fook outta here!!!

Yeah, he's good speed and has some talent. So what. I look forward to seeing what Enunwa and Kearse can do as a tandem, with Hansen and Stewart growing in leaps and bounds.

Robby Anderson, given a great opportunity that most only dream of. He's a loser.

    Would I cut him?

    HELL YEAH.

    1. Remember his Pro-bowl plea during the season?
    2. And his second stint with the law.
    3. And threatening the arresting law enforcement officer?

Just how low do they need to get before you guys unanimously say [FUCK HIM]?

Well, there was this rumor that the Wr's were pissed at Morton because he made Anderson the focus of the passing game. Kearse is a solid pro, but when it came to the home run, its Anderson. Now behavior is a whole new situation. How do you attract a new OC if you cut the only verified deep threat? If they tolerated Wilkerson, they'll tolerate Anderson until he can be replaced with a more mature player. Imagine, no QB, no implemented system, no established deep threat. Even if they hire Bates, the case will be made that Anderson has to remain on the roster until his replacement is found via FA or draft.

Immaturity has many forms. If they tolerated Wilkerson, they'll put up with Anderson until his replacement is found.
