I think if we can get other teams to agree to play prevent D the rest of the season we can get a lot of yards and some really nice stats....
Its amazing dealing with some of these Sanchez lovers. They literally are totally okay with an awful QB and will go to great ends to talk him up and defend him as if he has some incredible history of success. This guy probably just starting watching at the end of the 4th quarter...
Mark gives us "the best chance to win" ? Will someone tell Rex, winning isn't about who gives you the best chance, it's about who actually will go out there on the field and perform to win the game.
The way things are looking, this O will have a few more chances to rack up the big numbers against prevent D before season ends.
Homers are perfectly willing to eat a shit sandwhich as long as it has a Jet logo stamped on the bread. Yeah, this team needs more positive vibes.. Right on!
I don't disagree with you that the coach needs to inspire confidence in his players, but what is Sanchez's incentive to play better? if he knows he can play like that and his job is never in question that is not necessarily a good thing.
Andy Reid benched McNabb after 4 NFCCG appearances and 1 SB appearance. How can Rex not bench Sanchez even once?
I have never been a Sanchez apologist, but I always wanted him to succeed (of course so the Jets have a better chance to win), but today I gave up on him. He just doesn't have it. He can't throw a screen to save his life, has no pocket awareness, and his accuracy is atrocious. Seriously, if he through a more accurate pass to hill on that slant it could have been a touchdown, but Sanchez has piss poor in his accuracy and throws behind him where Hill has no chance of catching the ball. What a fucking joke. He needs to be benched now. We need to look for a replacement because this guy sucks.
Cowher made the playoffs his first 6 years as head coach after a long Steeler drought. That's why he got the time he did.
I never question Sanchez's motivation or incentive to play better. Sanchez is a winner he's driven to win and he will give it his all week in week out because he's self motivated. What has impressed me about sanchez since we drafted him is his desire and fire. even when the game was winding down today u can see him sitting on the sideline reading the playbook, talking with sparano, getting ready for next week, getting better. I don't worry about sanchez' incentives
Sanchez needs a flawless pocket to be successful. Could we build that type of O-line in front of him? We sure could. But we wouldn't be ground & pound. You need Maulers to be a good running team..maulers don't always give a QB a clean pocket. Sanchez is a bad fit for Rex & NYC. If Rex wants ground & pound, he needs a QB w/ better pocket presence, toughness & accuracy. Not a cali-boy air coryeller
