My ideal scenario would be him dropping the odd sound bite here and there, but with concentrating on what he does best, being a D coach and THEN overseeing the HC stuff. You are right ~! completely - rex hasnt been really good for some years now. and you cant always blame it on the players. the coach is the most importent job on the team. if the team dosent do so good then the coach needs to be responsible.
