it's both. chad was one of the smartest QBs to play the game and super accurate but he had a noodle arm and was made of glass. To be a good QB in the NFL you need the arm talent, the intelligence, and the durability.

If Rex would have inherited Herm's team instead of Manginis team we would have been a horrible train wreck during his stint. Rex has been the only HC in the league who thought starting Sanchez for more than 4 games was a good idea. In fact he stretched it to 4 seasons.
