I still rather have Rex then this clown Bowles.I would have prefered Dan Quinn like I said before the Bowles hire but we are a joke.

I'm just giving you a hard time, I have my opinions about Rex but I respect you and I know you were a Rex guy.

I don't want to live in the past with him anymore, I'm trying to stay positive with regards to the upcoming season.

Like I've said already Rex is a million times better than shithead Bowles. Rex is the second best HC this team has ever had behind Parcells. All of these statements are facts.

Couldn't agree more. Wade Phillips does not deserve to have his reputation drug through the mud like that.

Rex is a fraud of a HC. He proved it in NY and then cemented that legacy in Buffalo. Moving forward, he'll be, at best, a mediocre DC for a middle-of-the-road team, much like his brother has been for his entire career.

He's also notorious for sucking up to players and said this while sitting right next to the friggain guy.

I can't believe I got a notification for this on my ESPN app.

I don't think he's a fraud of a head coach, but he is what he is. A middle of the road head coach. I think he came a somewhat long way as a head coach in Buffalo despite being fired. He needs to go to a team that has their quarterback situation figured out.

Say what you want about Rex but he's the only coach who's ever had a set of nuts and gave the Pats trouble while our coach

Everyone else has been steamrolled for the most part

He's much better than Bowles if only for getting the guys fired up to play

He has the most wins against Belichick and the Patriots since 2001. He's obviously had the most opportunities but that's still somewhat impressive.

I wish we didn't create so mang stipulations back when we fired Tannenbaum for the next GM. Have to keep Rex, have to trade Revis, etc. A bunch of the GM candidates back then that wouldn't even take an interview with us are starting to take jobs all over the league.

Chris Ballard - now Colts GM
Ryan Pace - now Bears GM
George Paton - likely next in line for GM job
Tom Telesco - went to the Chargers instead of us
David Caldwell - went to the Jaguars over us

Who exactly was going to throw OBJ the ball?

It's diffcult to perform a one-handed catch in the end zone when Geno Smith is being sacked on our own 20 yard line.

I think thats a stretch. Eli hasn't been good in a few years. I hate OBJ with a passion but he would be dynamite no matter where he played. OBJ and Rex though, not a good combo

I personally think he would be a phenomenal college coach going forward. He would be a great recruiter, thats for sure.

Plus he can build a run first team which still works at the NCAA level

It doesn't matter. I know there were rumors we wanted to move up to get Beckham. The LSU receiver I wanted was Jarvis Landry who lasted until the 4th round (If I remember correctly).

We can't lament Idzik for standing pat and not trading up. Our roster was bare and trading up would've bared the cupboards even more.

If you want to hate on the guy, hate him for blowing his first three picks on Pryor, Amara, and McDougle when there was talent all over the board available.

    end of the 2nd**

It still guts me that they passed on Allen Robinson and Jarvis Landry twice when they were can't miss prospects
