Side note... Some times ago I tried to figure out which of the companies I'm dealing with was selling my info to mass-advertizers. So I called each one and asked them to correct my name to include middle initial that they supposedly missed. The thing was that every company got different middle initial: John A. Smith for one; John B. Smith for another, etc. Figured out who was selling data within 1.5 month
Like on Game of Thornes when the Tyrion tells the 3 guys 3 diffrent storys and says, The Queen can't know, This way whoever told the queen one of the BS storys he would know who did it
I will say this. If this is true, I wouldn't be surprised to see Pettine fired on Monday. Rex really does seem to value loyalty, and you can bet he's rather disgusted with all of this.
I wonder how many head coaches on the hot seat don't get fired but then have to replace all 3 coordinators?
He has a weekly presser EVERY Friday to talk about the upcoming game... the press conference was not supposed to be about the denial...
Rex blames everyone but himself. Come on out and say its true! I would respect you more than watch you embarrassing yourself on TV. Just say, "the Jets need to make a lot of wholesale changes and if the owner doesn't want to walk that path then I hope he releases me to take another one!" Be a man for god's sake! When his waiste shank, so did his balls!
What are you talking about? What you say has nothing to do with the press conference that just happened?
Say what you want about rex but does that really make sense? Do you really think he was going around telling "anyone who would listen" something and then held a press conference to deny it? I don't think he could be that stupid.
In a 20-minute sparring session Wednesday with reporters, the New York Jets coach kept turning quarterback-related questions into self-evaluations. There was this: "Ultimately, I know I'm the guy responsible, and this team is my team and we're 6-8." And this: "Like I say, I'm the guy that's ultimately responsible." And finally: "I'm the guy that's ultimately accountable. I haven't shied away from that, not one day." http://espn.go.com/new-york/nfl/story/_/id/8764249/new-york-jets-rex-ryan-looks-sounds-defeated Sorry to ruin your fantasy with facts.
This just furthers my opinion of what a joke Rex is as a head coach. He had no clue what was going on with his locker room last season and now he has no clue what's going on with his coaching staff. Ever week this soap opera just keeps getting another plot twist. It's pathetic and it has to stop. Woody needs to figure out what type of organization he wants the Jets to be. Does he want a respectable franchise to build a culture of winning or does he just want to be on the back page of the papers every week no matter what the reason? Unfortunately I feel he'd rather the latter.
I use to think that, but after renaming Sanchez the starter, I think he is that stupid or afraid Tebow would play good and make him look even more stupid. Either way, stupid is as stupid does.
Yes it makes sense when it comes to Rex Ryan. Rex didn't really say anything that wasn't true to this reporter. He would be fired after next season anyway if a lot of money isn't spend this offseason to try and correct a lot of mistakes on offense. Rex really needs to shut up. If it's not about x's and o's then keep quiet.
Rex was a better coach and had bigger balls when he was fat. The lap band surgery gave him a vagina too....surely a Johnson and Johnson product
