Revis: worst game since rookie year?

    Cornerback play rarely costs you a game. Once you get to that level other things have gone wrong beforehand most of the time and lead to the defeat even if it is the corner looking like burnt toast in the endzone at the end.

    wasn't he sick over the week, maybe that had something to do with it? but it's not like he was getting burned on a big play. it was a handful of short passing lays and a TD.

    I didn't understand why Revis wasn't putting his hands on him at the LOS... I mean Johnson made 3 moves at the LOS giving Revis plenty of time to rough him up.. so that was strange.

    Then the decision to play lose coverage on the TD slant.. I didn't understand that at all...

    Just one of those days, but strange none the less.

    Revis had solid coverage on some of those catches -- every catch was under 10 yards. I don't know why he backed off at the end zone unless he suspected a fade and guessed wrong. Seemed odd. He covered well just got eaten up by slants all day.

    I think we are going to see a lot more of this. This is a copy cat league.
