If your body was worth that much money you'd take better care of it, too.

Hopefully Revis can be cleared before the game. Say what you will about the Dolphins, this is a very important game and they should not be underestimated. Tebow needs to pray harder or something! Get well Revis!

Phins have 1 ok receiver. Revis would dominate Hartline then having Cro and KW on some no name scrubs would be awesome. Fasano is a legit option but you have a LB hit him at the line and put a safety on him and he won't do too much damage. The whole defensive gameplan is to get Reggie Bush down asap.

we could use revis. he is a sure tackler and i think rex will have him in some short zones to be there if bush gets outside and make a tackle.

The last guy the Jets had that was as otherworldly talented as Revis was Al Toon. I have no problem holding him out until they are certain he won't have cumulative effects. This is why he's the smartest motherfucker on the team for grinding the Jets for as much as he can when he's had the most leverage.

This is also why it's beyond ridiculous to tie up this much cap space on a cornerback.

The ignorance on this board regarding the seriousness of concussions and how and when and why players are cleared to play or not is unbelievable. A brain injury is not like an ankle sprain or turf toe. A person only gets one brain and it had to last the rest of your life. Really, that many people on this board are unaware of Impact and how it works with regard to concussions?

Having Revis against Miami wouldn't be a bad thing, but they certainly don't need him. I'd be more comfortable resting Revis this week in order to have his services for Michael Crabtree, Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne and Brandon Lloyd/Wes Welker in the next four weeks.

I keep seeing the replays of the hit, its amazing bad luck if this knocks him out for 2 weeks (and yes I understand how serious concussions are, I am simply saying its just a fluke the way it happened)

I've seen guys head butt teammates before games with much more force than it looked like Revis was hit with. I get concussions are serious business now but honestly ... the guy doesn't have an egg shell for a skull does he?

Whole video is hilarious but watch. Brian Cushing headbutts a guard with no helmet on and bandages his head and goes right back in.

That is why alot of us are confused by Revis is still out. Bunch of neurologists in here.

That whole video is so amazing. I love when he asks Arian Foster if he thinks about poetry when he's running down field. Arian Foster was a philosophy major and actually writes poetry.

So its like the matrix the lines just come around you.

The Sanchez whack to the head looked a lot worse and he didn't miss any time.

I wanna educate a little on this because its frustrating me (I'm a doctor). Concussions for the most part occur when the trauma to the head occurs on the BACK of the head. Now, of course it CAN also occur from a blow to the front because there is something called coup-counter coup when the momentum from the front follows through to the back, but the cause is still the trauma to the back of the brain, and its much more rare. Therefore, a blow like Sanchez took is very low risk for a concussion, especially with the way the NFL designs helmets to deflect the impact. While the Revis knock seemed less "violent" it was exactly the type of impact that very commonly causes concussions because it was a direct blow to the back of the head.

/rant. Sorry, was just irking me :)

    He won't be needed...

We have the worst WR core in the league by far...
