Revis on the cover of Madden 11? possibility

I highly doubt Revis will be on the cover or even up for voting after reading that quote you posted.

 

I think one of those duel covers like 10 would be sick..

I picture one with Brees like he's looking over the Offensive line about to snap it and Revis like he's watching him... or Ocho and Revis matched up as the cover. I'd like to see either one.

Revis Christ cannot be cursed.

 

My guesses are:
Vick - surprise because of past (diff team than orig)
J. Allen - defensive player (diff team than orig)
Chris Johnson - obvious clear cut favorite, on original team

all different positions, 1 defensive, 2 offensive, and only one on original team.

 

Don't think they would give it to Vick cause he already graced the cover once.

I'd rather see Jared Allen than Revis on it for "curse" purposes but Revis plays the flashier position.

I'm guessing the 3 canidates are Brees, Revis and Ocho Cinco

 

Based on the most recent clues that combo wouldn't work. The clear reason is that 2 of your players are on there original teams. Also, who would be the surprise due to there past in your scenario?

Phil Rivers(QB, is with his current team and I think is that surefire guy)
Jared Allen(Troubled past, not with his old team)
Randy Moss(He doesn't have the troubled past part like an Allen would but he is explosive and I think would get some love for this spot considering people regard him as him being one of the best of his position)

I just don't think Peyton or Brees would be up for this discussion with their big days ahead and the media/rumors that will come after them. Rivers is in a different boat and is cocky enough to test the Madden Curse.

I don't know why but I am really envisioning a Phil Rivers Madden 11 cover.
