If the Jets changed from the current green to a more olive-drab type of green, they could incorporate black into the uniform pretty easily.
Those unis are pretty ugly. We need to go back to the 1998 version of the unis where the green was a little darker and they wore the green solid socks w/ the white pants not the stripes. I would be in favor of going back to the 80s-90s helmet design w/ the darker green.
If we were to ever add a new color, which we wont.. I wouldn't mind a yellow or gold. I love NDs green jerseys.
That would be interesting, throwing some Gold in the mix. Unless I'm brain farting I can't think of any gold in the NFL ???
If you guys like the green/gold look and have a copy of Madden 2010 do this: Pick the all green Jets helmets from the 80s and early 90s, the NY Titans yellow pants, and pick either the current green jerseys or the 80s/90s green jerseys. I think it looks awesome and play with it on my offline franchise. However, I would never want us to change our colors. I love the current Jets uniforms, but wouldn't mind seeing possible changes, as long as we stay green and white
We already have some of the best Unis in the NFL. If we were going to go with a new alternative logo - it would be cool to integrate the F-22. I wouldn't mind a black alternative uni either. But truly our classic Unis are among the best in the league, so no real reason to change at this time.
The Dolphins just beat us to it. They read this thread and quickly incorporated the F-22 into their new logo before we could.
Rams Some kid with a coloring set makes 'new uni's' and its the emperors new cloths because Revis was being nice. How many kids do this at some point??
I know I might be in the minority but I would love to see the Titans Unis for one game a year and black, bright green jersey with either a Oregon Ducks Green or a Matte Black helmet for another.
