to be fair- its harder to be informed when in one of the instances the Commissioner worked to destroy the evidence and the other the accused worked to destroy the evidence.

Replace "opinionated" with "average" and it's spot on

Woody was REALLY PISSED at Belichick because he was trashing him as an unknown owner and also bashing Steve Gutman, who went to bat for Parcells/Belichick back in 1997.

Kensil also hated Belichik for what he did, so Pats fans are right he may still remember now working for the NFL.

How many other teams have been fined and lost draft picks for video taping other teams? I can't think of any besides the P*ts, other coaches may try to steal signals but if they do, they do it in a manner which is not prohibited by the rules.

To my knowledge, no team has suffered a penalty for video taping another team during a game. It's not prohibited. However, the location you do it from is.

aand that's what the pats have been doing since 2000, the wrong location. It's on the record per Matt Walsh's testimony in print.

I think we know since 2007 they were filming from unauthorized locations. Does Matt Walsh have something new?

Mike Fish Article ESPN 2008, taken also from the spygate book quoting the same. Filming down on the field is and always was illegal. Walsh was original video man before sarnecchia.

Get the free book at iTunes this month. It explains everything which is coming true today

I think part of the cheating is they think it's ok. A part of the game. And believe other team's do it, too. And like everything else Belichick wants to prepare and be ahead of the curve even on that front. And maybe part of it is to intimidate opponents. We're now hearing stories that some teams are so paranoid about New England that they're taking elaborate measures to avoid being spied on, etc. Which means there is a distraction and it takes their attention away from strictly football matters. Opponents are in fear of NEP not on the field but because they might or might not break the rules. And one more reason. Belichick likes it. He loves to flaunt the rules and tries to outsmart people and basically give the finger to the rest of the league. Remember how he reacted during the league meetings when he didn't get his way on a rules change. I'm sure when he was a little kid he'd use whoopie cushions and look up the dresses of his teachers when they walked up the stairs.

No, they just don't think it happened. Just because 50 of you get miserable and all validate each other with your fantasies doesn't mean it approaches truth anywhere outside imagination.

Yes, on the field was and still is unauthorized. Nothing new there.

I'll pass on the book. There is a reason it's free.

One quarter into the 2015 NFL season, the Patriots have already been accused of cheating

    One except.
"At Gillette Stadium, the scrambling and jamming of the opponents' coach-to-quarterback radio line -- "small s---" that many teams do, according to a former Pats assistant coach -- occurred so often that one team asked a league official to sit in the coaches' box during the game and wait for it to happen. Sure enough, on a key third down, the headset went out."
