he may? He was basically the 3rd string RB on the Jets who were towards the bottom of the pack of the league in rushing. No way anyone pays him.
sice it came from the ledger ill say it legit. and good bye barlow dont let the door hit you on the way out.
well its about time...that was a wasted pick...i think we got more production from both Houston and Washington, when they were in.
Barlow's #s weren't good obviously but I think he helped us out alot this year. I would like to have seen him come back w/ a full offseason and TC but I gues it's time to move on. Remember he did get alot of tough yds to help beat the Pats and that was the win that turned our season around, for that alone I appreciate what he did.
I don't see why he would refuse to take a paycut. He was awful this year outside of one game. Whatever, he was probably the odd man out regardless of salary after we pick up a new starting back.
I think they would have cut him regardless. There wasn't a place for him on the team. He never complained though about not playing. I wish him good luck, glad he isn't on the team.
Yeah...i was hoping we would keep him around for a little while longer to see how well he recuperates from his bad knee...or whatever he had. It feels like such a waste of a draft pick...but we were desperate at the time. I'm not sold on Houston's durability yet either, so the need for a bruiser just went up quite a bit IMO. Can't afford to draft Kenny Irons now...
