But it is relevant. Because Rice's girlfriend spat on him. In which I said she shouldn't have spit on him and he shouldn't have hit her. Those people may not feel they're beneath those that they are putting in jail. But spitting on them is their way of disrespecting them. I have pretty high esteem but I won't tolerate disrespect especially one of the highest forms of disrespect.
Oooooh Internet tough guy again. Stop being such a pussy, it's the Internet. You should really concentrate on getting an education rather than hunting down perceived enemies. Then you wouldn't feel so ashamed about being a fucking illiterate asshole. _
Before this spirals out of control, can someone let me know when the discussion of - rough & dry anal sex is the best way to get even with a woman that's wrongs a man for any reason & in any way - begins? Thx!
When I started this thread I figured if a discussion developed, it would center around Goodell's suspension policies.. I didn't think in a million years think there would actually be people trying to justify Ray Rice's actions, or whatever the fuck bullshit argument 1985er and other jackasses are making.. I mean there's always trolling but I never would think that a MAN would really try and standby half of crap I am reading. It is shocking to say the least! Are people (1985er) trying to defend Ray Rice because he's a local boy and a Rutgers guy or something? I think that's pretty fucking stupid if that's the case but I am at a loss for the motivations of your fucked up logic. I can't seriously believe a grown man would say the shit Im reading in here... Then again, I see Stephen A. Fuckhead on ESPN making the same argument publicly so I don't know maybe theres a lot more wrong with men in our society than I realize.... 1985er, stop bouncing around. There's arguing that spitting is bad - which really is an irrelevant and stupid argument to begin with, considering the response and circumstances.. But you've also made such gem statements over the course of this thread as: "If a woman is man enough to hit a man then she should be man enough to take a hit." and "Hitting a woman because she steps out of bounds and puts herself in a mans place. Justifiable." I just want to see if you are fucking with people or if you truly will double down on your arguments. No man I respect in this world would try to argue that hitting a woman is justifiable.
He didn't just double down, he tripled down and quadrupled down, click on my post below and I have 9 or 10 of them all together in one post. Gems.
Im neither defending Ray Rice nor condemning him. I will say this tho and I dont really care who likes or disagrees with me. Women want all the respect and authority without the responsibility. Don't say treat me as equal the cry for special treatment. Doesn't work that way. If a man spat on any of you regarless of size, most of us would escalated from there no doubt. So it doesn't make it ok when a woman does it. Not saying he should have hit her, but I will say this.....start shit like man the deal with the consequences like a man. Thats being equal. Sorry Its the sad ugly truth.
1985 has mentioned on several occasions that having a vagina shouldn't protect a women from having her head smashed in if she steps out of line. Seriously. _
I don't see why it should either. If they need special protection, then they aren't equal to men. So which is it?
Has nothing to do with equality but you go right ahead and make your point. Lol. I guess you and 1985 were raised different than me. _
It has everything to do with equality and responsibility. I think that's the argument he was making an odd way. You're right I was raised different. I work in a predominantly female field, I have 2 daughters, and 15 aunts to just 5 uncles. I spend most my time with women and trust me a lot of them feel the same way I do. Don't mistake what I'm saying for thinking women are inferior. I in no way shape or form think women are less capable then men, but if this were two men, would we really care? If it were two gay men, would we care?
Equality in society is completely separate from physical equality. Men are physically superior to women. That's a fact. That's why when you watch the Olympics the women have separate events than the men. Don't be silly.
No, it does not. If they were two men it's a completely different situation. And being around women as you profess, I can't believe you would condone the striking of a woman YOU ARE ENGAGED TO unless one of 2 situations were occurring: (i) she's coming at you with a gun, knife, axe or similar deadly weapon or (ii) she's in the act of killing one of your children. Then no rules apply. But 1985s confusion-or naïveté- stems from his continued insistence that Ray or the woman should have just walked away. LOL. I can't believe a kid raised on the mean streets of Irvington can be so naive. _
depends on circumstance. I personally wouldn't hit a man or a woman period unless they pushed it or threaten somebody important to me. Id more or less would probably use my Chin Na to twist their arm in a threatening manner and tell them to stop. That would more or less suffice.
Like Zace said, if she's going to "start shit like a man then deal with the consequences as a man". Holy fuck where do these people come from. _
Equality is equality. Its not about physical strength its about have the right to do something. She had no right to spit on him just as he had no right to hit her plain and simple. Two wrongs don't make a right, but don't give me that crap that somehow her instigating a situation is less right than what he did.
Exactly. Was that so hard? And you're not a world class athlete from the most violent of sports that can squat 500lbs and bench press 375 lbs. What Rice did PALED in comparison to the harm to him. And it wasn't a guy OR a stranger. It was his FIANCÉ who he would later married. This isn't a hypo, this is what actually happened and folks are defending Rice because getting spit on by a male stranger on the mean streets Irvington will get you killed? Geezuz. _
People like you are the reason nonsense like this prevails. If hes charged so should she. Spitting on someone is simple assault in the state of NJ. she they both should have been charged. Thats equality, not some soapbox perceived moral bullshit i keep hearing.
