Ok you are telling me if its Dolphins-Patriots AFC Championship, you are taking the Patriots? or are we all going to do suicide? .....(hopefully it doesnt come down to that)
It's like asking me whether I'd rather die in a car crash or from multiple gunshot wounds. If anyone from the east is going to take down the Pats, I want it to be the Jets. I also always wanted a big wheel for Christmas and Santa never delivered.
"Where there is an Official there is a way" New England credo Your entire franchise is a stain to the annals of NFL time
it has benefitted us numerous times, most recently(as far as I remember) was the Christmas eve game vs. the Giants in 2011.
Oh, I can't remember did that call get us to the AFC Championship game? It only ever benefited one team Junc, it's a stupid argument.
Not showing GB all the cards is worth putting the #1 seed at risk? No thank you. The Pats should sandbag against potential playoff teams if they had more breathing room. They've only won 2 out of 7 rematches in the playoffs the last 5 years. Although I'm not sure how that compares to other teams, that very well may be the average for team that consistently made the playoffs the last 5 years.
I wasnt able to watch the game but were the Patriots really dominated? Despite them losing I thought they held up well on the field in Green Bay in basically December.
Its not going to be the Jets though, and yeah I hate cheering for other franchises, fucking sucks, even if its the Ravens.....
Second that... there's no way in hell the Patriots held anything back on Sunday. I've heard other (apologist) Pats fans spew that theory all week because, God knows, they can't just get beat once in a while. But it's a load of crap. Not at all how they operate, and it blows my mind that anyone who follows them closely could think that way. Green Bay played a really good game. They won because they made more plays. It's that simple.
The real embarrassment are the three tainted trophies* that 'lie' somewhere in a Foxboro Showcase. Kraft should let the Kremlin borrow one.
