This is going to get interesting. I am one to believe that a woman knows what she's doing when she leaves a club with a CELEBRITY male and goes to his crib. Do I think that's the case in this situation? Don't know only time and the facts will tell. But the past more times than not indicates that the female in these situations have ulterior motives. What's in the darkness will eventually come to light.
She also wasn't in a hurry to report this "rape." She went the next afternoon, to the Manhattan station. Don't you think if she was raped she would have went a little sooner and, you know, not spent the night or something?

got what she deserved explanation. she meets strange men in a club then drives from manhattan to morristown nj in the wee hours of the morning. did she think they had a cupcake baking party planned or what? come on lets get serious here. she was probably under the influence and did whatever all the men wanted and the next morning or afternoon decided she was raped.

Probably depends on how hungover she was. Getting drunk is not an invitation to sex unless you offer. If it turns out that she was sober (basically) when she went back then you still have the consensual vs non-consensual issue but you also have to wonder how smart she was in putting herself in that position. It's been a long time now in American society since being female and out with guys meant you were consenting to whatever happened. Probably 30 years and counting.

She claims two men raped her not one. She may well have gone back with the intent to have consensual sex with a man? May not have but it may have gotten out of hand and she may well have been raped. Got what she deserved to me implies you think once she went home with a guy if two guys have their way with her without her consent cool, she deserved it. When I was single and got a women to go home with me it was so I could get what I wanted and she could get what she wanted. It didn't always work out that way for either party. What either of us deserved didn't enter into the equation.

You realize that legally this means nothing, right? No judge would consider any of it and no lawyer worth a dime would use any of it in his defense.
Bogus allegations are a lot less common than people think. Making a claim to rape is not pleasant for the person doing the accusing, and they are often vicitimized all over again. They are basically ripped to shreds about their personal life and their sexual history. What a nice stroll through that park. Do people make false accusations? Yes. Has it been know to happen to high profile people more often than the general population? Probably. Does it infuriate me? Yes - it infuriates me because it makes it that much harder for true victims of sexual assault to get justice in the long run because "everyone's a liar" - including children and the elderly. Hopefully Kerry Rhodes doesn't get into any trouble here in any regard. It would be a distraction and a shame. Let the facts come out before anyone is automatically guilty or that the woman is a ho just because. And Kerry, get smarter friends.
