Recently though, the rams owner bought a land parcel in LA and the league/owner have thrown LA out there because STL the city wasn't excited or willing to pay the deal set up to upgrade Edwards Jones Dome.

LA will eventually have 2 teams, they aren't getting 2 expansion teams. I see one in LA and 1 in London.
Well thats possible but from what I understand the league WILL introduce a new team in LA. Im not sure if they get two teams (one moving) but LA will see a team. San Antonios interesting because it is the 7th largest populated city/area in the United States but with 2 teams already in Texas im not sure they want a third yet. The Alamo dome is sitting there but its god awful from what I understand.
