We always knew that a young age Q had to work into his potential with that body shape. Now he's had a nfl offseason only focusing his needs on the postion, look at the tank. He's not there yet, but seeing a kid become a professional is a great sign that he could become the player we want and need him to be. He's clearly grafting hard.
