That might have been the worst pick so far. The 49ers have many, many needs and going with ANOTHER DE there was not a smart idea. You needed 2 big players with your first 2 picks, and I think you drafted Francis WAYY too high and I dont see him as a "playmaker" in the pros. Bad pick, IMHO.
Another DE??? that was my first DE, Okoye is my NT, and we need a new DE, and there were no WRs availabe worth taking that high, nor were there at CB IMO
Okoye is NOT gonna play NT in the 3-4, he will play DE in the 3-4 or DT in the 4-3. He is only 290 pounds, at most. He is way too small to play NT.
that may not have been the best decision, but it was a good one, because David Carr's future is pretty much over in Houston, and Dave Ragone isn't the future in Houston
Not a bad pick, the Vikings definitely needed a QB of the future. I am not sure if Edwards was the right QB there, he may have even fallen into the 3rd. Stanton might have been better there, but it is debatable. Not a bad pick, I think.
aw shit, i was thinking of his sig, and talked about that, sorry, anyway, Minnesota found it's supposed QB of the future in Travaris Jackson, so I can't see that happening
Childress isnt high on him...there is a good chance brooks bollinger will get the start next year...nuff said. Jackson is a carear back up.
