Quick Fix to this Team

    Bad enough that you shouldn't be trying to come up with quick fixes for it.

    The goal should be sustained success, not the same half-assed flash-in-the-pan crap that we have had to settle for on the brief climbs out of the cellar that we've had.

    2021 should be about the new QB going through growing pains and showing signs of progress.
    2022 should be about the QB making a jump to at least middle of the pack as he has developed chemistry with his weapons and the game has slowed down.
    2023 should be about the QB being above average and having the confidence that you can go up against any team and win.

    A playoff spot is possible in 2022, but more likely in 2023 if the team is built properly. Given this team's history, some degree of skepticism is understandable until they prove otherwise.
