Culpepper might start, and he might not start, this game. Don't fool yourself he will be Raiders QB at some point, for the whole season. Culpepper just came in late, and dosen't have the full playbook down completely. When Kiffen determines he up to speed, he will be the Raiders QB.

Will Raiders announce Jamarcus russell signing tonight

Will be a good time in front of the national audience, and they are guaranteed to get alot of play on halftime.

You would think a Raider fan would follow Raider news....

Well, he could have borrowed Russel's playbook. You know the one the Raiders gave to an unsigned player:rofl:

You are ignorant to think that the Raiders are getting airtime tonite.

Peyton Manning, Reggie Bush, hurricane Katrina...all way more interesting then Grampy Al's joke of a team.

I'm talking about on the field results. The offense is better or it isn't. You win or you lose. The stuff we really care about, the reason we're fans.

Wouldn't you get sick of constantly discussing Kendall, Revis, Chad/Clemens and all the off the field stuff? I want current on the field stuff to talk about. Or in other words, I miss football and I'm ready for the games.

 have you no shame? you just finished telling us how great culpepper is, and now he isn't even starting. give me a break.

Wait, I know. Culpepper is a great QB, but Josh McCown is the next coming of Dan Marino. The Raiders are fortunate to have two such awesome QBs.

My main point was that Culpepper is better than Pennington because he is more talented, has accomplished more, and has taken his team further (not that those reasons make any sense to you). Give me some time, I'll try to come up with an angle on why McCown is better too.

Joe Montana is better than Pennington because he's accomplished more and taken his team further.

Culpepper has been trash and injured in recent history.

Raider fans meet Dolphin fans. Dolphins, Raiders.

Wow, it is hard to believe someone "so" talented is not going to be starting. I am beside myself in bewilderment. *snicker*

We can put this to rest if you want. We'll revive it soon when Pennington gets benched for a green second year guy with no experience...

All that talent resulted in how many wins last year? You had almost the exact same starting roster last year. You have some nerve coming on a Jets fan site and say your pathetic organization can even remotely compare. 10 wins is nothing to laugh at.

Why should we put it to rest? Your guy Culpepper was ALREADY BENCHED.

Even if Pennington gets benched, so what? You're still wrong.

We can put it to rest because there's no need for both of us to say the same things over and over and over again. I say he's more talented and has had a better career. You say it doesn't matter because he sucks now and Chad is a starter so he must be better. We're not getting anywhere.

That's a bad move but I respect his motives. I had a draft last night and I vowed not to take Randy Moss no matter the situation.
