I don't see why Russell shouldn't stay, he could be the top QB next year if he stays, improves his game, and possibly gets a NC or even Heisman with LSU.
How about the Browns? Does the organization trust Frye with the keys to the franchise? And having an Akron guy starting for Cleveland may be nice for the fans, but not as nice as the guy who led Ohio State to face-wrecking dominance.
A good late round tryout would be Zac Taylor of Nebraska. Tall enough, good experience, does need some meat on the bones.
