go to the What's New section of your dashboard and select the Welcome Back package, it goes right to the Welcome Back section of the store; when I tried opening the store I kept getting the error but got right in through the What's New.
So I fucked up. After I downloaded the first game I downloaded that thing that activates your right to download another game without actually downloading the second game. I turned off my ps3 and now I can't redeem that second game. Oh well inFamous was the one I was really looking forward to anyway
I downloaded the shit out of all the free Playstation Plus avatars and themes. I can't believe people pay for plus, there is 0 content on PSN. lol I downloaded Little Big Planet as well.
yeah i backed out one too many times and it erased my download #1 if that works and assuming by his reply it will so thanks ill give it a try

How to go about DLing free game 1? I try to go through everything but when I try to DL the first game I want it says you have to buy Free Game 1 first.
before you can download the game you have to download the selection called Free Game 1 that essentially gives you permission to download the game. it is the first option in the Welcome Back menu.
It was a nice gesture, but I have little to no interest in the games I downloaded (LBP & Infamous) Meh, moving on....
Infamous is fucking badass. I might just get Infamous 2 after all is said and done. Can't decide on my second game. Wipeout seems kind of boring, I might end up getting LBP.
i got Infamous and LBP. go for LBP i like it better than infamous. thats me though. Infamous is fun but i played it when it came out. even shooting lightning and climbing phone wires roof to roof gets old to me eventually. story is meh.....but like u said it is badass LBP is just one of those games that was innovative when it came out and still is. obviously liking platform games is a must. i havent had the time or patience to craft a level yet though.
another note, some of those "free" items in the psplus area like maps and so on...will expire at the end of the free 30 days and you will no longer be able to use them.
Hahahahaha..... I tried out Infamous and LPB a little more last night. Infamous I still think is meh. So you can shoot shit with lightning....big deal. LPB is kinda cool since I love platform games, and my GF really likes it.
