Wasn't so much my offense as the defense, scoring wise, as it was 10-3 at halftime. My new sub-70 overall and second-year SS Reggie Smith - from, Oklahoma - had two pics, one a user that went for a score down the sideline. He also dropped one earlier near the endzone that Jam converted into 3 points.

In this game I basically ran it conservatively, giving both Gore and rookie RB Devontae Sanders carries (combined for 90-plus yards) and throwing it to the flats and targeting Vernon Davis and Tolliver. Crabtree and Coffee are off the quite starts but there's plenty of season left.

The most encouraging sign in this game was the opening drive. It lasted nearly eight minutes and involved the entire offense. I think I hit Vernon Davis on a curl route from the 2 to get the score.

Next week's matchup against NO Saints will be a challenge. Willis also had a pick 6.

Glad to hear you made it through, Scik. Btw, I believe you're brother is not on my PSN friend's list and we play each other next week.

Can he send me a friend request and let me know a good time to play? I understand he still has a Week 2 game to finish...just thinking ahead.

Just played rmagedon's Dallas Cowboys. It was a good game. Packers 41-Cowboys 25.

I went into the game expecting to run the ball with Lendale White, but on his first carry he fumbles and gives Da Boys the ball in my redzone. Thankfully, I'm able to intercept the ball from Romo in the redzone. This 2nd year player, ROLB Ashlee Palmer (90 speed) got that INT, and later got another and returned it for six. Proud of that pickup.

Aaron Rodgers: 16/21 for 231 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT
Reggie Bush: 20 attempts for 183 yards, 3 rushing TD's, 5 receptions for 63 yards

Defensively, Palmer with two INT's, Collins and Jenkins with 1 INT.
Merriman, Nic Harris, Jenkins, Harrell with a sack each.

If the week is up, I'll be able to advance to week 3 tomorrow morning...probably around 10:00AM EST.

I can't get on my PS3 tonight...out of town until early tomorrow.

    Week 3 has now begun...

My Rams took on the CPU Chiefs...it was a blowout.

OFFENSE: Once again, I wanted to protect the ball and limit turnovers. ZERO turnovers in this game.

David Carr went 16/17 for 267 yards and 4 TDs and 0 INTs. Tim Tribow scored 3 total touchdowns (1 rushing)...I'm trying to get the most out of him as a package-only player.

Donald Brown rushed for 133 yards - 3 consecutive 100 yard games.

Roy Williams caught only two passes, but both were touchdowns. Donnie Avery made another huge play catching an 80 yard bomb at the end of the half. Jared Cook, Edgerrin James, and Jamarion Bellows also caught TDs.

DEFENSE: I wanted to shut down Larry Johnson early and I did. Matt Cassell had a pretty good game though - I was scoring very fast on offense, so that didn't help my defense out very much.

Tyson Jackson and Chris Long combined for 4 sacks. Jackson forced a fumble which led to a score. Pat Kerney had a big sack that led to a missed field goal returned by Cribbs.

James Laurinaitis played a hell of a game...as always. JL forced a fumble and had an interception.

Courtney Greene is officially my starting SS replacing the lead-footed James Butler. Greene forced a fumble.

SPECIAL TEAMS: The Josh Cribbs signing has finally paid off...

Cribbs returned the opening kickoff for a score and returned a missed field goal 105 yards for another touchdown

    Week 3 - Packers 45, NE Patriots 24.

Aaron Rodgers continues to manage the game for me, mostly handing the ball off to Reggie Bush. 6/10, 82 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.

Reggie Bush broke the single game rushing yard record previously held by Adrian Peterson in New England (yes, fuck 'em). 303 yards on 48 carries, 6.3 YPC and 4 rushing TD's.

On defense, Brady threw 4 INT's. Two of them were Bigby picking off Randy Moss, that felt great, lol. Another was Charles Woodson with a pick 6, and Nick Barnett got one as well. Merriman and Justin Harrrell recorded a sack each.
