League is up and going now. I'm fucking horrible, I haven't played this gen of Madden yet and on All Madden my dudes seem to be blind dumb and handless. I'm gonna try to run a few games offline before I do my franchise game, which of course is against the Jets. :s
We will start probably Sunday or Monday. I wanna give people some time to play and get adjusted to gameplay. Does anybody have an idea on what to do with FA? I was thinking of doing a one round draft, with the order determined by teams overall. Each team can pick a FA or Pass there pick if they dont want anybody. After the one round every FA not selected is fair game.

Thats fine. I plan to start the league that Sunday anyway, to give people time to practice and have the FA draft.
Heres what I plan to do... I want everybody to give me a big board of Free agents, depending on where you will pick you need at least 10-15 players. I will post the order of the draft either tommorow or Thursday. The order will be determined by team's overall, i.e Lions who are 68 will get first pick, Raiders who are 71 will have second pick and so on. Id like to get the big boards by Friday. If I dont recieve a big board you will forfiet your pick. If you dont want any FA PM me and I wont include you in the draft. After the draft, every FA is fair game. On Saturday I will post the results of the draft and after that you can start playing. I'd like to advance by Thursday or Friday, if we finish earlier I will advance earlier.
If you want, Im part of an online Sim-Style league that uses a rulebook that you could you base the league around to help keep everyone in line in terms of realistic play. It also has some awesome ideas for the shitty offseason/no contracts issue that Madden has graced us with. It is some reading material, and it will take time to grasp as well as take in. My suggestion if you go this route is to go to a free forum, and create your own league in there so you have a ton of open space for threads regarding League maintenance, team threads, free agents, trades, etc... Let me know guys...
Along with Mr. E, I have ordered my game and I anticipate for it to get to me by Sat or probably Monday. Even if I get it on Sat, it won't matter cause I'll be in AC all weekend long, so I might jump late into this season if you guys don't mind.
