Same thing happened in another of my leagues. Dude never accepted or rejected an offer and he logs in 2 days later to see the proposed one went thru.
Thats my fault when I saw it posted I assumed it was agreed upon and put the trade through. Players are back on their original teams. Only post trades that have been agreed upon or make it known that it is only an offer.
