He was playing me. I was working or throwing up (I got sick this weekend). I can play tonight if Swifty can. But I have to work at 6am so it'll have to be in the next few hours. I'll probably be on my PS3 so hit me up. If not, we'll sim and you have the better team so you'll win.
Just played an awesome game with Hennessy... 40-34 Vikings. I played one of the worst halves of my life and was down 26-13 at halftime, which soon became 33-13. After a futile attempt on 4 and 10 at the 12, I thought the game was over, boy was I wrong. After stopping him to begin the 4th, there was about 6 min to go and I was still down 33-13... After a 3 minute drive, that resulted in a TD, I was down 33-20. I decide to go for the onside kick, he recovers but I was able to knock the ball loose and recovered the fumble. After another quick score by Kevin Smith, I kicked off with 1:50. He got a first down and once again I thought it was over. On the next play AP burst through the hole and scores a 50 yrd TD with 40 seconds left. On the ensuing kick off, I return it 99 yards with Aaron Brown. Theres about 30 seconds left. I do another onside kick and I actually recover it! I run 3 plays and get to his 20 yard line with 5 seconds left. I decide to run bunch corners. I look to Calvin Johnson, and he is covered so I go to Bryant Johnson instead and the safety and corner converge and knock the ball away. Great Game!! Dez Brizcoe had a huge game for me, 7 catches 84 yards and a TD. He did an awesome job shutting CJ down. He was only open once. Unfortunately Javid Best broke his collarbone and Pettigrew was also knocked out of the game. Hopefully they both will be able to come back at some point. I cant wait for our rematch... by the way Im giving one more day to play since it is unfair to count Monday as a day, you have until Tomorrow at 10 to play. Get your games done. EDIT: Both Best and Pettigrew are out 12 weeks. Picked up Lendale White and LJ Smith to help fill the voids.
Week advanced... Next advance is Tuesday morning... Only 3 games were played this week, this league is going to fold quick if the participation isnt better.
Good Game Packers... I really thought it was over when you got me on the Fake Field Goal and made it 21-3. Really good executed and smart play. The only reason I won was because my secondary was finally able to play 1 on 1 with somebodies wide receivers which allowed me to blitz more than I normally do. My running game was awful got a find a better way to replace the dynamic Javid Best.
Bahahaha. I know I'm not in the league any more, but I had to laugh. Sounds like that douche who was claiming he'd easily go undefeated in the NFC North lost.
I'd be willing to ship out any of my MLB's. Have 4 who are 70+ so depending what you want to offer back, pick your player. Don't plan on trading Harrison or Woodley anytime soon though.
