Just clearing things up for everyone - I had to restart twice against the CPU Bears because of a terrible internet connection. I was having two pretty good games, but the choppiness was just bullshit. First try: I was up 24-13 going into halftime Second try: I was up 28-7 in the second quarter Yea, I was winning, but it wasn't worth wasting my time finishing a game like that. I would throw a quick slant and the game would lag, my receiver would catch it and I didn't even know he'd have the ball. It was skipping horribly... I had to switch to a wired connection because my girlfriend doesn't have wireless at her house. I'll get my game in tomorrow.
Just beat the 8-3 Ravens, 31-21. Aaron Rodgers statline is ugly, 300+ yards with 4 TD's but threw 3 INT's. Clay Matthews has to be the worst tackling LB I've ever played with. Guy has some ridiculous speed (got SIX sacks), but I missed like 3 or 4 tackles on McGahee that should have been HUGE losses in which I read the running plays correctly. My run D is ridiculously weak, I should have never traded for Houshmanzadeh because I favor my TE's (love Jermichael Finley), Jennings and Matt Jones in the slot (beast). Defensive ROY so far in order, IMO.... 1) Eugene Brown - 36 tackles, 13 sacks, 3 INT's 2) Clay Matthews - 47 tackles, 11 sacks, 2 INT's

I just got back to Columbia. I'm gonna get some dinner and then I'll finally get to play my game with a good internet connection.
I just tried to play again and it's still fucking up... It has to be my disc or the system, because it's obvious now that it wasn't the internet connection like I thought. What happens is I'll either get into the game and it will freeze on the coin toss or I'll play for a while and the action will just completely freeze and then pick up a second later...it's like it's skipping. I hope it's not my fucking PS3, but that would be my luck.
It was definitely the disc. I tried to play again and it froze once and skipped multiple times. One of my friends is letting me borrow his game tonight, so I'll definitely be able to play my game sometime after 11:30PM EST. Shit sucks ...I'm going to see if Gamestop can refurbish it tomorrow, if not I'll have to cough up 50 bucks.

I just destroyed the Chicago Bears. I ran up the score a little bit because I was pissed about having to buy a new game tomorrow. My offense isn't as nasty as Matty Jets and the Niners, so I didn't quite put up 70, but Carr lit it up. David Carr just put himself right back into the MVP race after bad game last week: 40 of 53 for 607 yards with 6 TDs and 1 INT and 5 carries for 49 yards and a TD. Donnie Avery had a huge game: 12 catches for 241 yards and 4 TDs. Jared Cook was dominant as usual: 9 catches for 139 yards and a TD. I lost Warrick Dunn for the season. He broke his collarbone and is out for 12 weeks.
