And Cooks didn't project for the pros?? If course he did. And his sheer dominance in college played a major role in that.

Jeff Bauer, who has been director of college scouting for this team for 2 years, should be the GM?

I agree that Bradway should go, but I really would love to hear your understanding of Bauer's GM resume.

    This should be good.

You are engaging in circular reasoning. You cannot project from college stats alone. Dominance in college does not insure dominance in the pros. You have seen that a million times. They have to project a player performance AS a pro AGAINST proven pros, not college DBs. And I am not knocking Cooks. Just explaining why they preferred Pryor.

You're missing my point. I'm saying that in every category you evaluate a college player for the pros, Cooks exceeded Pryor. If I'm wrong, just share what aspect Pryor exceeded.

Same here, Pryor jumped off the screen with his quickness and instinctive play, I wasn't expecting that.

Really looking forward to seeing him with the 1's next week.

Lol. When he was in the box, it was like the trench players were moving in slow motion, he just weaves through them effortlessly.

Gotta admit I was tempering my enthusiasm for him up to this point.

Same here but he looks like the real deal. He was laying wood on receivers a split second after they caught the ball. I think we got ourselves a player...

Also he users his shoulder and not his fucking helmet! I was so tired of Smith getting penalty after penalty for leading with his head.

But unlike last time, this time it looks like #25 playing safety for the Jets is a baller and not just a shit talker. Kerry Rhodes - "if you play for Rex you don't need to practice, as long a you ball on game day".

Actually I'm paraphrasing there and not directly quoting Kerry, but it was close to the stupid thing he said that got his ass benched and eventually thrown off the team. Well that and playing like a little bitch!

I expect Rex will get far more out of Pryor than MM/Geno would get out of Cooks. Or any WR. There's that.

edit: plus you have 5 WRs plus a TE and RBs and the ball gets spread around between them. But you only have one enforcer. Make sure he's a good one.
