I loved this response. My friend. Look. I will say it again. You know way too much about the Jets. You spend a lot of time here. So to me, banning you for not being a Jets fan is an impossible task. But you know why think this about you right? You always approach things negatively. We know Zach has a lot to prove. We know Saleh lacks X's and O's but we also know how to be happy about small things about Jets. Each one of your new threads contains a negativity that will only come from a Jets hater. You won't be perma banned. But my kind ask is to slow down starting negative threads.
Yeah that's a good one, too. That game was what I considered the beginning of the end of Mark Sanchez. When Haloti Ngata knockeda his soul out of his body and he was never the same. Good old Wayne Hunter.
ngl that made me laugh It certainly is a Zima, just a blip on the vast Sunday consumption that's been Jets necessitated.
I can easily think of 20 games worse than that one but I go back to the 80s….yeah that game was bad but there were worse ones especially playoff games and end of season elimination games. Not counting the two above categories there were flat inexplicable losses to previous winless teams, huge blown leads (bigger than 14-0), games decided by poor officiating and injury games - some season deciding…
I was sold on his explanation, but I think you're right, he's trying to pull the wool over our eyes, HOODWINKED again
I’m not even doubting you’re a jets fan. Who cares if you are or aren’t. My issue is that every time you have a thought you need to make another thread that can most likely just be put into one of the current ones. You’re pushing good threads down by posting nonsense.
My first "Jets moment" was the 81 WC game against the Bills at Shea. The Bills jumped out to a 24-0 lead, but the Jets fought back to make it 31-27. It looked like they were going to complete the comeback and win but Bill Simpson intercepted Richard Todd at the goal line with just 10 seconds left in the game.
We must be around the same age …. I’ve mentioned to friends before that game was my first football heartbreak.
A lot of people forget the regular season loss in the OB only 5 weeks earlier 20-19 Leahy missed an XP and Bobby Jackson dropped a game saving INT right in his breadbasket with :50 left. Had the Jets hung on there never would have been a mud bowl in the OB - playoff seedings would of been different who knows how it would of worked out but very possible Jets play Dolphins at Shea …..
