After seeing the play of the O-Line, Teddy is going to come down with the 30-minute flu during the halftime intermission.
I agree with your first paragraph. I'd love to see a deep ball to Robby. Who knows though, maybe the deep stuff is covered and hes making the really smart decision to keep it underneath and take what they give him.
Not thrilled by the D, not impressed by the o-line, run game was meh, receivers weren't open much. Yay special teams? *shrug*
Nah I watched that Jets thing on Facebook he said when his knee was f'ed up he was still happy because he could still blink and taste the air and breathe and stuff. I don't think he cares too much about walking the rest of his life.
One game in the preseason guys relax. There was flashes of good plays, they just got to be more consistent.
That first half was completely useless. Starting D couldn’t stop the backup O so Sam only got 3 drives. Lots of pressure and no opportunity to throw downfield for Darnold. Not sure you can draw any conclusions (good or bad) from that half in what was supposed to be a critical moment in the QB competition. Bummer.
Given he's going to play behind the Jets' back-up O-Line, is it too late to take Teddy Bridgewater in the death pool?
