As crappy as this game is to watch, in a way, I'm glad this is happening now. I would much prefer this mess so nobody thinks the season will be gravy because of the success we had last year. And can you imagine the ass-chewing everybody is going to get as a result of all the sloppiness. I believe this a good thing, long-term for this season.
I was pretty damn excited also. I wore my Jets beanie all day in 100 degree weather (it's the only jets head gear I have).
FOX is starting to piss me off, not showing the game until right before the ball is snapped. I can't see who is in! Plus they have stopped doing play by play b/c they're too lazy to look up the numbers and tell us who made the tackle. I CARE about this part of the game...they clearly don't
I agree. If anything good can come from this it's that Mangini will go back to cracking the whip in practice.
Yea, Mangini reminds me of the kind of coach, that gives you the option. If you work hard, do all your responsibilities, then we can be nice and have fun, as long as you keep that same standard. BUT, the moment you slip, playtime is over. You can have it how you want it. I kinda dig that song from the heineken keg commercial. BTW for anyone who cares, I got my COLLEGE DIPLOMA today!!!!!!
Couple nice hard runs from Ware. Banks got no PT today(i think). He looks like he's moving up the depth chart.
