the vikings are one of those teams with an aggressive defense - tough run stoppers that dare you to pass. last year they sucked against the pass but their dline and front 7 has some talent and if they bring the pressure they can be a top 10 overall defense. they way to counter their style is to play that quick short passing game to get the corners up and the safety in the box and then....BAMM..hit them with a few 20-25 yard seam routes or isolate a corner on a go route..... trouble is the jets just cannot CONSISTENTLY attack a defense that way - they kinda have the short passing game but we all know they do not have the medium to long range passing game that is needed against these defenses. it is going to give us major problems against certain teams - especially if this damn oline continues this performance. jil
