    by the time the raiders and giants play al davis will be looking for the next draft bust, that he can draft at around 1st overall.

    I predict Garcia wins the job around week 4, loses it back to J. Russ, who then loses it back to Garcia around week 7, then back to J Russ., who then loses it to a recently signed Vinny Testaverde around week 14, who then wins the last 4 games in dramatic fashion. Al Davis then signs Testaverde to a 10-year contract, predicting he will dominate the NFL until he's 55 years old.
