I dont think anyone was calling Chad Pennington the franchise (and having anyone other than Jets fans agree) in 2002 and I certainly do not remember him that way. Testaverde in the late nineties was more of a franchise QB than CP in 02 ...IMO. Anyways...back to the thread. Warmack, Cooper, Fisher, Jones, Dion, Millner, Mingo. Any combination of these guys if we stay put and I am ecstatic. That said, I hope we trade down at least one of the picks and nab a second rounder next year.
Haha what if we get Cooper and Warmack? We'd most likely have the best o-line for years but would get ridiculed like crazy. We have far too many holes but it's fun too think what it would be like if we had that luxury.
Plus, he could step in and be a probowl returner. He can change the field position at any moment of the game from any skill position. He truly is the definition of a playmaker.
