Yeah, I think the reason a lot of people think he was in it is cause he was supposed to graduate this year. But midway through his Jr year(2005 season) he broke his leg against tennessee on a kick return and was out for the year. So because of that he was granted a medical redshirt. So he'll be a 5th yr senior next year.
Did you guys listen to the interview with Mangini and Tannenbaum? Both said explicitly that if any of the undrafted guys want a chance to compete, the Jets will be looking for them. I love the ideology that Tangini has brought to the Jets.
undrafted FAs that could come in and help... im a homer, and im gonna say clark harris.....TE.....outta Rutgers. as sad as i am by leonard going to the rams (and not our gang green) ill still rock a rams jersey from time to time....i would like to see the FO bring harris in and give him a shot to take a chance at a TE position. good hands, decent speed, and a very good football brain. id like to see him end up here. your thoughts? who didnt get drafted that you would like to see here? (aside from the 370 lb cartwheel man....)

In 2004 he moved to DE and has little experience in coverage and only has 2 PBUs and no INTs. In 2004 he rung up: 39 tackles, 5.5 tackles for a loss of 14 yards. Two sacks for loss of 10 yards one pass break up, four quarterback hurries and one forced fumble.
