    Good post KOZ.

I'll add one thing. I'm impressed with Danny Ware, I see nothing but good things for him in the future.

I think they are both supposed to be pro Jets/Giants but Banks makes every Giant player out to be the next LT. Then you have to listen to him go on and on about how great he and his defense were. I have to mute the commentary.

What I got from this game is the pre-season is thankfully finally over. The only significant play to me was Nugent hitting the final FG, only because kickers can be so mental. Hitting a game winner in uniform in a real stadium with some fans in it is a good dress rehersal for when he has to do it in a real game. Plus it saved about 50 panicked, breathless threads on here about what kickers we need to go get.

I keyed in on Schlegal myself. I liked what I saw. He is a force against the run. I saw him hold his own against much bigger guards. I also saw him knife in and blow up a run for no gain. It was third team, so it is hard to judge but from what I saw he looked pretty good.

i think if you look at d'bricks play so far objectively, you have to realize that he's not asked to pass block as long as most left tackles b/c we're a dink and dunk passing team. so that leaves his main duties up to this point as run blocking. he's not very stought at the line and has no push either. i'd say he's got a lot of work to do to be considered a good left tackle, never mind elite. even his so called strength, pass blocking has been less than sufficiant...
