There aren't a lot of givens in this draft but I think one of the few is that Dee Milliner is going in the top 6. Jaguars, Raiders, Eagles, Lions and Browns all need a CB at this point and Milliner is probably the 4th or 5th best player in the draft in terms of overall value. He's certainly one of the safer picks of the guys up that high.
Update as of 4/13 #1 Chiefs - Luke Joeckel, LT Still no change. Eric Fisher is seen as a bit more athletic but Joeckel is the better overall tackle. #2 Jaguars - Eric Fisher, OT Fisher's been moving up the ranks steadily and sits comfortably in the top 5 right now. Jaguars will probably play Fisher at RT and then move him over to LT in a year or two. #3 Raiders - Sharrif Floyd, DT Gone back and forth on this one but I think Floyd is more likely to go here than Lotulelei at this point. His stock continues to rise and Lotulelei's value is moving sideways a bit and I think Floyd gets the nod now. #4 Eagles - Dion Jordan, OLB Had Jarvis Jones here but I think the slow 40's have moved him down some. I think Chip Kelly is going to go for the known quantity in Jordan given that he knows exactly how he can be used to beat the spread. #5 Lions - Dee Milliner, CB The Lions scoop the best CB up and walk away smiling. It's really rare when the best player in the draft is also at the position you most need help at. #6 Browns - Star Lotulelei, DT/3-4 DE Browns moving to a 3-4 and they've got people moving all over the defensive front for them as they make the conversion. They've got Phil Taylor sitting in the middle at the nose and I think they take Star to be a 5T DE for them. Ansah and Werner don't have the heft to play DE in a 3-4. One side note, this is a slot that could very easily be traded to the Fins, who would take Lane Johnson and mess up the picks below. #7 Cardinals - Lane Johnson, LT No LT in Arizona and Johnson is sitting there waiting for them. Easy take. If Johnson is gone to the Fins I would expect the Cardinals to try to move down from here. They're probably no threat to take a QB this early in the draft with Carson Palmer on-board and the QB's being who they are. #8 Bills - Geno Smith, QB Still hanging with the QB pick here. I'm not even sure I'm 50% on them making the pick at this point. People are now projecting Chance Warmack to the Bills at this slot, to which I say "It's the Bills so yeah it's possible." So the 9 pick is here and the BPA's are Jarvis Jones, Bjoern Werner (and seriously if the Jets take him his nickname should be Joe) and Ziggy Ansah, who are all pass rushers. That's an interesting group to pick from. Somebody is going to be a 12 sack a year guy for quite awhile, the question is who?
