Avon....lol...I wouldnt try to come back. My buddy works for the turnpike and he said there are accidents all over the place. Stay put.
You can bet your ass the LIRR will have weather related delays tomorrow. Keep up to date with their website because things DO change when tracks and signals freeze. I have taken the new shuttle once. Wasn't thrilled with it because it was delayed that day..but it beats driving. Was in Tampa for last weeks game where it was 86 and sunny and now this. What a difference a 2 hr flight makes.
We have a dusting in Northern NJ and its not even snowing. It missed the Giant Stadium area so far unlike Baltimore, Philly and the Coast. I would not expect more then a few inches. Glad its a 1PM game. Now we have more 4pm games to watch on the Red Zone Channel. Go Bears!!!!!
nyc area has slight snow nothing crazy. the bad snow comes during the night, and clears out around noon. the Jets game won't really be affected.
All I saw was a forecast for East Rutherford said 8-12 inches of snow in East Rutherford. It's snowing like crazy by Philly.
Also, it's really starting to come down and accumulate in New Brunswick, just in time for me to drive 25 miles home in the direction of where it's already been snowing harder all day! Yes!
I'm willing to make the drive and pick those up somehow even if I have to drive all night from North Jersey. This may be a retarded idea.
Let's hope so, but your post was at 4:30 and the forcast is for it to get worse overnight. I live 20 miles south of the stadium and we've got about 1 1/2 inches as of 6:20 pm. It won't affect the game, as others have stated, but it will probably affect the travel.
Rockafella & Geshjet, I'm not exactly sure how it works but I believe a person can e-mail their tickets through the Jets ticket exchange online. I think it basically voids the barcode from the physical tickets and allows you to send them to someone.
If you're already drinking significant amounts of alcohol, you don't need to consider that idea retarded... just fucking stupid for the time being.
~2.5 inches and coming down very lightly in east hanover, nj, just south of flo-p. really nothing to write home about yet.
