That's not it at all. You take a sharpie out of your sock, sign the ball, and hand it to someone in the stands.

I see you are taking receipts. Proud to say that my vote has always been in the YES column since the thread started.
Back in as the 7th seed b/c Pats loss Really need the Titans to win at home vs Cinci Arizona over LAC Houston over Miami (ha) I know last week was brutal to lose to the Pats, but if we take care of business this weekend and get a little help we can really be sitting good going into next week and after next week. Pats get Buffalo on TNF at home Cinci gets KC at home Miami at SF LAC at Las Vegas
The crappy part is if we had beat the Patriots last week, we would have a chance to take a 3 game lead over the Pats and Chargers with 6 games left. We pretty much could have locked up a playoff spot this Sunday. Instead we know what happened, and now we will have a race to the finish down the stretch. Our best chance is that the Patriots fold down the Stretch. They have to play the Bills twice, Dolphins and Bengals. The Chargers might cause us issues to but they do have games against the Dolphins and Titans. Looks like Jets fans will be cheering for the Dolphins and Bills in the weeks to come. Need them to win.
If there's anything we know for sure its things will never be that easy for NYJ--lots of angst ahead with maybe some joy at the end.
The huge thing right now is the Jets control their own destiny. They are back in the tourney as the 7th seed. Beat the Bears is the mantra right now and move further up the ladder if some other games go our way. Go Jets!
That and all these teams play each other. The Bills have games against the Patriots twice, Jets, Dolphins, and Bengals. Patriots have to play the Bills twice, Dolphins and Bengals. Dolphins have to play the Bills, Chargers, Jets and Patriots. All these teams are facing at least 2 losses on that alone. We basically know the teams we are in the race with will be facing multiple losses. The Jets have two divisional games against the Bills and Miami. I think if we win just one of them, we probably end up in the playoffs. The Jets have the least amount of games against the other competition. Ideally you would probably want one team to get swept and another team to sweep the schedule but we will see how it all shakes out.
Didn't get much help today. -Bengals beat the Titans -Chargers steal the game over Cardinals -Dolphins won The only help we got was the Jags beating Baltimore but Baltimore has a cake schedule the rest of the way and will likely win the division so it wont matter. On the Brightside though, I just realized the Bengals have to play the Chiefs, Bucs, Patriots, Bills and Ravens to end the season. We might be cheering for the Pats in a few weeks. Of course it could be the other way around to. This can break so many ways but at least the two teams we are competing with for the 6th and 7th spot have to play each other.
Massive game last night for us with the Bills winning and a huge Sunday coming up. rooting guide for Sunday — 1) Jets 2) Bills (check) 3) Raiders 4) chiefs 5) San Fran
