He needs to stay another year. He actually has some potential.

Former NFL scout Russ Lande cites a "good source" that tells him Texas A&M junior T Jake Matthews will return for his senior season.
This isn't a major surprise, although many expected the right tackle to enter this draft. Matthews likely wants a full season of tape on the left side, similarly to how the Pouncey brothers treated the NFL Draft and the center position. We will wait on official word after the Aggies' bowl game, however

One less OL option at #9.

Huge Kevin Minter fan, next to Te'o, he's the next best pure LB in the draft.

Things are shaping nicely with players declaring.

Disappointed Matthews and Barr didn't declare, but I've heard Barr could change his mind.

I think Barr would be my #1 choice out of everyone in the draft at 9... If he declared, I could easily see him being the best player out of this draft.

Olgetree is an amazing player, his off field stuff is a red flag, but I truly believe Minter is going to the better NFL player.

I think Minter is a little more pro ready now, his instincts to the ball are top notch, he may not have the physical upside Ogletree has

Also officially add, Brad Wing and Spencer Ware

LSU wont have enough players to field a team next year

Ok. Because Ware is more of a 6th/7th rounder IMO.

Don't know why he's leaving early.

The same reason Stevan Ridley left a few years ago. Even if Ware leaves there are four other backs who are very talented. Not enough carries to go around

I agree the Jets should take a look at Ware but not in round two or three. Athletic for a bruising back
