Sorry guys, couldn't find the sarcasm button. Thats just how 'other' people are acting like. He's 40 years old and has NOTHING left in him. He's about to file bankruptcy and guys on this board think Sanchez should learn from him and his game planning. A guy who made millions and is about to file bankruptcy, I wouldn't want my franchise QB to learn any type of planning from him.

My ONLY question is 'why as a player' and 'why not as a coach'? You guys want him to mentor Sanchez. Thats fine and I understand. He can do that as a coach as well. Then we say we already have a QB coach in Mark Cav. Fair enough. Why the need to bring in someone who would do what Mark is already doing. Mark Cav is not responsible for the offense. He is, however, responsible for Mark Sanchez's development. He can mentor Sanchez. Thats his job. His job isn't to make sure the offense scores. Thats Schotty's job.

The only other reason we would want Brunell in there would be as a player. As a player, Brunell is shittier than KC. If Sanchez goes down for a considerable amount of time, KC is the QB that gives us the best shot of winning a game or games. That best shot may not be huge, but he does give us the best shot unless Ainge or Connell suddenly step it up a few notches.
