Every year Rex will say, "i'll tell you what, I think this is the best roster we've had since i've been here". Blah Blah Blah.
it just seems odd to complain that Tanny never says anything and is a dull interviewee when every time rex gives an interesting response he gets killed for it - it hardly encourages anyone else to open up. edit: for the record, Tanny is a terrible interviewee. double edit: he was even worse on hard knocks when he kept pulling his (thinning) hair up into spikes whilst talking.
Tanney, is the typical PR/lawyer who talks in circles and while saying nothing. Rex is the euphoric drunk, who exaggerates everything and is all boast and bluster. Saying things like "I think this team is going to win the Superbowl..." at the beginning of every season. "This is the best team I've ever coached" etc. If you're interested in a critical assessment of the team look else where.
