    resting LT is clearly the best choice. Also gives McKnight a chance to prove himself late in the season. Would be nice to see him be successful this week; maybe we can gain a fresh LT-type back just before the playoffs. Greene stepped up around this time last year and I'd love to see it happen again for McKnight.

    When players like Sanchez or Shonn Greene are not playing well the past goes out the window.

    While Peyton had his bad stretch this year did his past go out the window ? No the guy knew he had a problem and fixed it. His confidence wasnt the slightest bit hindered at all.

    Im sorry but youre talking about one of the best EVER, confidence is not a concern.

    Confidence is the furthest thing from the reason he has slowed down. Being old and needing to get his legs back under him is much more likely. Like 100% more likely.

    I would love to see Tomlinson reach 1,000 rushing yards on the season, but I would even more love for him to get much needed rest.
