no, you will hope to replenish your team. your argument depends upon the assumption that all the players you draft will be equivalent replacements to those you lose -- if they aren't, the Pats will clearly be on their way down. your argument is the equivalent of a Jets fan saying every player the Jets draft are going to be the best players in the NFL at their position and will make the Jets the best team in the league. it's real easy to make that assertion, but that doesn't make it real. nice try though.
Get the fuck out of here. I am in a good mood today and I don't need some little partiots jerkoff fucking it up. Go tape something. I actually hear \ billia-deush is going to be on the gay boston magazine cover. go tape him in his hoody..slob.... dildo
still would like us to make a big splash at a skill position, we have made our trades for the day, and re-upped jenkins, and are likely to snag the LG we are coveting in Faneca, so it's time to bring in a skill guy either at the WR position, or the S/CB spot. Also would love us to bring in Lorenzo Neal to block for Thomas Jones!
Comcast Sportsnet reports that the Eagles have a contract in place with Asante Samuel. Samuel has scheduled a media availability at 4:30 PM ET Friday. The Eagles have not indicated that Samuel has agreed to a deal. Occasionally visiting players talk with the media even if they haven't signed, although it's somewhat rare. Other sources have said Samuel will sign with the Eagles, but nothing in stone has been confirmed. Feb. 29 - 12:54 pm et
Anyone remember when Reggie White was on his Free Agency tour and visited the Jets. Didn't they have a press conference where he said it would help the Jets case to sign him if they went and got Boomer Esiason? Which of course we did, and White of course signed with the Packers...
Lol, "completely replenish" the defense? Dude... Brandon Merriweather, John Bowie Kareem Brown Eric Frampton Justin Rogers Mike Richardson Oscar Lua Abraham Wright Jeremy Mincey Willie Andrews Those are the players you guys have drafted in the last 2 years to "replenish the defense"... How has that worked for you? I mean with exception to merriweather who had a disappointing rookie season, is that like a who's who of waiver wire, bust, and release material or what? Nice try.
