    As great as it would be to acquire a player like Phil it's seeming more and more unlikely. Not that it was very likely to begin with...

    I think our best chance at success is going to be either Geno or Fitz stepping up for us. My biggest concern is that we dont have the offensive line play that we had during those runs in 09-10

    Fair concern for sure. I'd love to see the jets draft a lineman or two in this draft.

    I think allot of people would be happy if we acquired philip rivers, but it seeming more and more improbable. I read today that it would take multiple first round pics to get it done, while he's is really good and even better than some give him credit for here, he is 33 . The problem I have with that is its a total crap shoot if his body will hold up.. Dangerous gamble unless the jets feel he can guide them to a Super Bowl year 1 or 2 . At that age you don't know if a guy can play another 5 years or 5 minutes.. I think it's to much of a risk.
