If morningwig thinks nacho got 95% of his first ota right, then MM is an idiot and need stone fired right now. 6-11 with 3 picks and zero scores, sounds like a typical nacho game against a good defense. Maybe MM has it right, and for nacho to be 100% in his eyes, the stat line would be 6-13 with 4 picks, one a pick 6, and one butt fumble. Is this what Marty was looking for when evaluating a QB? I realize that 100% of nacho equals a below average, NFL bottom feeder.
I guess Marty wants to see nacho as he is, and that is a bonafied turnover machine!
Nacho apologists, you are looking dumb and dumber defending nacho the homo!
Good luck with all that. Geno will take nachos job sooner or later.

    That's his thing.

Like Johnny Carson's golf swing at the end of his monologue.
Or Lindsay Lohan crashing her car.

    It's his signature move.

Where does it say anywhere in this thread we're going to win the SB?

Think you're blindly missing the point, your icon knows where his fault is and doesn't seem to STILL making any progress in rectifying it.
I'm sure a majority of folks here would be right behind MS if he can start stringing together some better, (not perfect) performances, but it just seems to be out of his grasp

For guys like Mangold or Brick this is a practice. They have no one on the roster who is even able to challenge them for thier job.

For fringe players and guys who are competing for a starting job, this is week one of the interview. No, these snaps do not count towards game one, but they are part of who will be around to play game one. The evaluations have started. Marty is on record saying he wants this over early rather than late and if someone can step forward great.

With both QBs having a piss poor time that is not working out for Marty. That said, I think for mark he needs to start coming out of these a lot better for him to be our week one guy, because if the camp play is equal I don't think that cuts it for him.

We know this form the first OTA? Lets see how it plays out we have two things going on this off season can Mark rebound and developing a QB. We have to be aware of both.

Throwing Geno in the fray to early can be disaster to his career let the kid learn. If he beats out Mark fine but that is a tall order when your still trying to figure out where the break-room is.

We need a vet brought in if sanchez implodes or can't handle the onslaught of pressure we need a QB that won;t turn the ball over. If the team totally sucks mid-season I am all for bringing in Geno.

    1. I don't think anybody said anything about winning SB.

    2. My point? It's FUCKING MAY. Why are you all so anal-attentive over stats that matter not? INT is bad, I get it. Did you ever find a team that lost because of INTs throwin IN FUCKING MAY?

    3. Also keep in mind: a. new offensive system is being installed. b. top receivers are still out and c. defense is way ahead of the game now. Are you expecting anything different? Why would you be doing that in the first place? The defense has outplayed the offense since Ryan came over in just about every summer. It will be different now how?

Just say you don't want Sanchez no matter the cost. [It's a terrible way to do a business, if I might add.] I'll appreciate that more than these seemingly rational bullshit.

Maybe....JUST FUCKING MAYBE.... You could stop reading tweets from brain dead jerkoffs looking to stir shit, and put the play in context..which, admittedly isnt possible. Because the dickheads put it out the way they did.

Yes, Sanchez threw a pick to a Nose tackle. You know where the nose tackle was?

Covering the RB OUT IN SPACE, where the RB was the hot read.

In 31 markets the media would write...."Wow, did you see Snacks cover that RB, and grab the int?"

Instead the collective ny jets media tweeted it, like it was Bubby Brister shovel passing to Sam Adams.

    Fucking pathetic.

    Wow. You really are 12.....amazing.

Tell me...where have Martys offenses finished in the last 5 years?

Oooh,..Nacho the Homo. Nice retort, you might look for something more sophisticated for Freshman year.

Bonafied? Talk about dumb and dumber. Please try to use words you actually understand....and can spell.

Just stop, the story would be the same in every market.. If Cleveland had a 4th year QB who has led the league in turnovers the last 2 years and turns the ball over to a nose tackle on the first practice of the next season - they wouldn't be writing about what a great play the nose tackle made. Give me a break.

This isn't a media thing or a New York thing, it's a Sanchez thing... He can do himself and all of us a favor by NOT turning the ball over..and not giving anyone a chance to report his turnovers (which is all that has happened..)

Yeah, funny how Rex doesnt see it that way. Read the transcript from the presser.

Because, I guess youknow many NTs, that can cover a running back out in space. Give it a rest.

And lets face it..,on a play like that...Rex probably beats any QB in the league....
