    It isn't like McCown never had to deal with those every damned game as well.

    I wouldn't be fussed if they tried to lay it off with short quick throws to the backs and then switched to a couple of big throws to Robbie, he has to be given the chance to play correctly.

    Well, we both know that the first play of any drive is the pivotal one. Running Powell into the pile just isn't gonna get shit done on Sunday.

    Well, Farve is Petty's idol so he'd probably appreciate that. Hopefully the Jets will let Petty go the same way Atlanta let Farve go years back.

    If this new "quitting" on top of his passive, ultraconservative, cowardly coaching doesn't get him fired, nothing will, and there's zero hope for the Jets as long as Woody and Chris Johnson own the team.

    If the line blocks, and Morton has a decent game plan for him, I say Petty has over 100, maybe 150.

    I can't actually see the game but first half results were pretty mediocre stat wise, and score wise. Since I'm not seeing the game I don't know how much is on Petty and how much isn't but 7 for 14 and 46 yards isn't exactly encouraging. Again, I'm not watching the game so I can't judge on anything but the statistical aspects right now.
