Who do you guys think is gonna be the best rookie in this class going forward? This is assuming Breece comes back 100% next season. After 10 years when we look back on this class of playmakers, who is gonna be the guy? I think it'll be Garrett Wilson personally. Jermaine Johnson and Michael Clemons look solid as well. Btw, was thinking about making a thread about this question. Honestly though it was not worthy of one especially with this rookie thread. Let's stick to the norm. I don't think that the Jets have ever had a draft class like this. Hard to say how things would be right now if Hall and Tucker didn't get hurt except that they'd be better. Probably would have had one of those Cheats games at least. :/
It’s 50/50 to consistently have one of the 4-5 best rookie performances weekly is definitely a testament to this draft class. That they keep winning the award is Jets Twitter.
I think Wilson deserved it this week, fan voting or not. The only other real candidate this week would be Brock Purdy, and QBs get enough glory.

I agree, GW looks amazing right now. He seems to have been unlocked by Mike White, but did well with 3QBs - basically QB proof. Breece has a chance, but we can't really assume he will be 100%. ACL is a serious injury and has a high probability of reoccurrence. Not sure if he will be 100% next year either, though I hope he will be. Recent examples of RBs with serious injuries, Barkley and Robinson, it takes more than a year to get back fully.
